- Adult Periodontal Plans: For patients requiring more intensive care, our periodontal plans include two periodontal cleanings, exams, X-rays, and 15% off additional treatments, starting at $675/year.
- Adult Standard Plans: Our standard prophylaxis plans for adults offer two hygiene appointments, exams, X-rays, and 15% off treatments, beginning at $565/year.
- New Patient Plans: Perfect for those new to our practice, these plans offer a comprehensive exam, cleanings, X-rays, and in some cases, a panoramic film. Options start at $606/year for standard care and $715/year for periodontal care.
- Child Prophylaxis Plans: Keep your little one's smile bright with age-appropriate plans including cleanings, exams, X-rays, and fluoride treatments. Plans start at just $423/year for ages 2-6 and $541/year for ages 6-11.
